How to cook it?
Step 1: Defrost the fish.
Step 2: Heat the pan with enough cooking oil to cover the fish.
Step 3: Deep fry the lamayo once desired crispiness is achieved.
Step 4: Enjoy eating lamayo, best paired with chopped tomatoes and onions and organic salted eggs on the side.
